Information access has changed in 20 years
The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (ATIPP) was passed in 1995. Since that time, there have been many changes to the types of personal information government collects, as well as how this information can be stored or shared. To ensure the act is effectively keeping pace with the digital world, Yukon government is undertaking a comprehensive review of the ATIPP Act.
To do it right, we need your input.
